So I get the info on returning the diffuser and cancel my account. I use profanity and ask why do I have to pay return shipping when doterra f#cked up this order? He tells me to be civil or he will end the chat. He says I will have to pay for return shipping. So I ask how I return the diffuser and cancel my account. The rep says: I'm sorry that happened and I don't know why, blah, blah, blah. So today -11/25/21-I get on the chat feature with doterra and asked what is going on. The diffuser that I deleted on Nov 14 and actually confirmed that the order had changed by logging out of my account then back in to see what was in the order. Inside was a repeat of the diffuser I ordered in October. On Nov 14,2021 I changed my Loyalty order to 1 essential oil from a diffuser. I have been a doTERRA Wellness Advocate for 7+ years.
